Examples: Premier League is a level 13 and go to the police , which is level 10.
This application has the standard tests for the development of the United Kingdom and entry and rules of the defense force of the police and the Sports Commission .
So it is very convenient if you are entering one of these professions or the like that you have to do this test.
But I use to measure my fitness of each month to see if I'm improving, but of course that can be used as a basis for training , but I bet you used too often n is not fun.
