This came out back in 2004 . I know, I was surprised when I heard that too.
This is approximately the product of the most popular home fitness all the time. Created by Tony Horton , the program will take 90 days to complete. The variety of exercises is quite remarkable . You get all pull- ups and push-ups and yoga plyometrics training .
The only downside to this is the lack of hardware you need to get through it . The drawbar is not a problem , but as you get stronger , you will probably need more games weighs .
madness
This unit is a bit more recent than P90X , which debuted in 2009. Their popularity continues to rise, but I doubt it ever will surpass master Tony Horton .
Designed by fitness trainer Shaun T, 60-day program is all about you and your body . Forget equipment - all you need is enough space to do push-ups and jumping around a bit .
The intensity of the workout craze is the highest I've seen outside of a training DVD . Marine Corps Training Camp is the closest thing I can think to explain to you something.
my conclusion
This is truly a difficult decision for me. I felt myself , and I know them like the back of my hand . For some reason , however , I return to madness. Probably because it reminds me of my past military experience !
My only advice is make sure you are healthy and fit enough to start these exercises. I mean there are warnings all over them both, so it's really on you if you are injured himself.
